Our Mission

The Rockville Bank Community Foundation, Inc. provides grants to local non-profit organizations and scholarships to area students. The Foundation is dedicated to improving the lives of the residents of the communities within the general market area of the former Rockville Bank.

The Rockville Bank Community Foundation (RBCF) serves families in the communities it serves – Vernon/Rockville, Tolland, Manchester, Somers, Coventry, Ellington, South Windsor, East Windsor, Suffield and Enfield. We are dedicated to enhancing quality of life through our programs. Consideration is given to organizations and programs which promote and support community development and benefit disadvantaged or low to moderate income families.
